In an Essex Hospital we undertook a full electrical installation of a new A&E Department. The project was originally planned over an eight-week period, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the hospital needed to urgently speed up the programme to be delivered within 9 days. Our team came together to implement this seemingly impossible challenge, and formulated a programme of works to include two teams, night and day, working 12 hour shifts. This was successfully implemented, and we delivered to the new target.
