LED Lighting Upgrade in Canary Wharf
This Project was to upgrade all the lighting in the building’s Reception, lift lobby areas, mezzanine and exterior of the building. We reduced the energy consumption dramatically and the full project would be paid off in 2 years from the money that was saved by the Landlord.
There was 926 light fittings to change and some of the lights were 13 metres up in the ceiling, so a strategic plan and programme needed to be produced, as we had access equipment in main areas that would still be used by the tenants during night and weekends
