TPN Distribution Boards

Optimise were required to install 72 new 24-way TPN Distribution Boards in an occupied building in Canary Wharf. Each board needed to be bespoke designed and fabricated to fit into the existing risers, due to the lack of space.

Before installation could commence, we needed to validate and test all the existing outgoing circuits, as we once we had upgraded the pan assemblies, we had to ensure there were no faults on the existing circuits. We added all new RCBO’s, which in turn, had to be tested to ensure that they would not trip once the boards were re-energised, as the building needed to run “business as usual” the following day.
